I really meant to blog more of 2020 but life definitely got in the way. First of all, I had a baby! Baby Annie was born 11-17, so the winter time (when I generally catch up on my blog) was full of baby snuggles and sleepless nights.

Despite the chaos of 2020, I really didn’t want to start the 2021 wedding season without getting this gorgeous summer wedding up here. 2020 was a rough year for weddings with many couples having to reschedule multiple times, just to settle on weddings that were smaller than couples wished. Grandparents weren’t at many 2020 celebrations either, unfortunately. Rachel and Wynton were scheduled to get married in April, right at the beginning of the pandemic. They rescheduled to August and thankfully, because the venue was outdoors , they were able to move along as planned. Many guests wore masks and hand sanitizer was at the ready.

Rachel and Wynton are such a sweet couple! These two met working at the YMCA, a place that is near and dear to my own heart as I spent every day after school at our local YMCA in Raleigh and most summers too. They were married outside at South Wind Ranch in Travelers Rest, SC in a truly joyous celebration! Here are some highlights from their wedding day:
